Recruiting:  Where do your top employees come from? It’s not all about placing Ads.  Job seekers, answer ads.  Here’s potential sources to find top employees: 

  • Referrals:  Employees are a great source

  • Targets:  Actively pursuing industry professionals

  • Partners:  Like schools and associations

  • Former:  Past employees with good performance

Marketing:  Advertising spend is obvious.  Do you have business processes in place to keep relational marketing channels moving forward? 

  • Previous Customers:  Already know you

  • Customer Referrals:  Validation from friends

  • Targets:  Actively pursuing key people

  • Partnerships:  Referrals from the community

  • Organic Digital

Product Categories:  View your products in categories to understand opportunity in target areas of the business.  The key is Yield Per Inventory unit as it takes into account inventory turn. 

Using sources and categories provides analytical insights into the real story that identify opportunities for business growth.
