Never Lose Money
Do you feel your marketing efforts are like throwing spaghetti on a wall to see what sticks? We believe optimal marketing requires these four areas to be finely tuned to return a strong ROI.
Maximize investment on your Primary Audience, then go after Secondary Audience, while avoiding Out of Market Audience. Assuming the same risk, would you buy a stock likely to give you 20% ROI or 5% ROI? You may be surprised how much of your ad spend is going towards lower performing ROI audiences.
Optimal marketing & sales matches the messaging and response to where the customer is in their journey. For example, is sending a prospect seeking top of the funnel education straight to your “set up your trial now” answering their need? Answer their question then walk them down the buyer’s journey.
Ads are only one channel for new business. Customer and Relationship Referrals, which typically have the highest close rates, require processes to be in place to generate these warm leads. How well are each of your lead source processes performing?
Keep the focus on them, not you. If your website starts with About Us, are you answering their questions for their needs? If your sales pitch starts with ten slides about your company, are you showing the prospect you care about them? Answer their questions to solve their needs.
How well do your marketing KPI’s identify action steps in these 4 areas to improve the return on your Marketing investment $’s?
